Cotton is a centuries old traditional material of
India and we offer a wide range of bags in standard, FairtradeOrganic or Fairtrade Organic material to suit your requirements. Fairtrade cotton , is the most environmentally friendly and sustainable source for bags. It is 100% recyclable and biodegradable and emits no obnoxious or harmful gasses when decomposing.
Our standard range of materials are made from superior quality grades to ensure that your bag will of the highest quality.
Fairtrade:
We are licensed to bring you Fairtrade certified products from our FLO certified
factory, one of only four in
India, located in Chennai. We are both Sedex (link) members therefore ensuring that we comply with the requirements of traceability and you can be confident that we use only certified materials and factories. All relevant certificates are available for inspection if required
Organic:
We can produce any factory made bags in Organic material. Our cotton is of the finest quality grown in an environment free of chemicals. Cotton crops need a far higher level of care to ensure that the cotton does not become infected, this can lead to a much lower yield per acre which justifies the extra costs for Organic material. Certificates of origin are issued on delivery.
Fairtrade Organic cotton:
This grade is a mixture of both of the above giving the best of both worlds.

Cotton Shoppers:
Made
in our Fairtrade factory with conditions as laid down by the Fairtrade organisation with regard to staff welfare and working conditions. Available in 2 sizes either 38 x 42cm or 38 + 9 x 42cm (side/base gusseted version)
Available in a natural cream or black cotton in a promo quality or premium quality material from our
UK stock for delivery next day or 7 days if printed. Short or shoulder length handles are available. All bag seams are overlock stitched to ensure maximum strength.
Printing:
Cotton shopper bags can be screen printed and we can offer outstanding print quality utilising the most up to date machinery in the
UK. From a simple single colour to a multicolour process print we can offer great quality. All of our bags are pre ironed to ensure crease free printing.
We can also offer transfer printing where very high quality and perfect colour matching are required. Our minimum order quantity of 100 bags applies.
For all over printing you need a pre printed bag from the factory.
Handles:
The most popular handles for cotton bags are made from the same cotton as the bag body. These can be dyed to match the bag or in any colour of your choice.
Delivery:
For cotton or canvas bags our stock range can be printed and delivered in 7 to 10 days from final artwork approval.
UK stock bag printed orders are proofed to the customer with a pdf only but we can make a print a bag for proofing at extra cost.
For factory custom made bag orders we always supply a pre production sample for approval. Where special colour dyes are required we hand dye only for a colour approval prior to mass production.
Delivery takes from 60 -90 days dependant on the complexity and quantity of bags ordered.
We can deliver on pallets or for a cheaper price in full containers for large orders. We can deliver to a global market from our factory.
